Holiday Sharing…
Hey All, Hope you are having a great holiday season!
I wanted to share some of my favorite and most useful sites that I use on a regular basis.
- Lifehacker - A blog that points out useful productivity tips, software and products that can help you make the most of your time. A fun read!
- Consumerist, Shoppers Bite Back - As a consumer and a marketer, this site is double interesting for me. How to get great deals, and how to meet customer expectations.
- Basecamp - Smart project management and collaboration software. A great way to bring clear communication over time on internal and client projects. It’s a big help to my work.
- LinkedIn - I still run into people that aren’t “linked in” to this network. It’s a big help to keep track and make the most of your personal network. I’ve gotten work, caught up with old friends, and recently, helped connect two companies for a multi-million dollar client contract. Good stuff. Here’s my profile: http://www.linkedin.com/in/charlienichols
- Google Reader - What the hell is an RSS again? Some study I saw said that few people know what RSS is, much less use them… around 1% of internet users I think. Well, Google Reader may change that, it’s a simple way to see site updates from one nice little page. (and NO it’s NOT a portal 8-)
Have a great holiday! Care to share any of your favorites?
Charlie
